General Rahul Singh - DCAOS (Capability Development & Sustenance)

General Rahul R Singh currently serves as the DCOAS (CD&S), overseeing the modernization and operational readiness of the Indian Army. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy (Khadakwasla), Defence Services Staff College (Wellington), College of Defence Management (Secunderabad), and National Defence College (New Delhi), he brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise. With a distinguished 34-year military career, he has held key command and staff roles in both field and peace postings, including instructional tenures at the National Defence Academy and School of Artillery. His international experience includes serving as a UN Mission Staff Officer in Angola and leading the Indian Army Training Team in Ethiopia.
